S-TIER.AI is a training-management platform that lets you import any workout program, match exercises to your available equipment, and get intelligent substitutions — all powered by AI. You can also log workouts, track progress, and view personal records.

Athletes who want to follow structured programs and coaches who write programs for clients. Whether you train in a home gym or a commercial facility, S-TIER.AI adapts your program to what you actually have access to.

Neither. S-TIER.AI is a tool that helps you organize and adapt existing training programs. We do not prescribe workouts, provide medical advice, or replace a qualified coach or healthcare professional.

AI Features

Paste your program text or upload files (PDF, Word, photos), and our AI reads the content and converts it into a structured program with exercises, sets, reps, and rest periods. It then matches exercise names to our database of 170+ exercises with full muscle-group and equipment mappings.

Files are processed in memory by our AI service provider (Anthropic) and are not permanently stored after parsing is complete. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The AI handles most standard program formats well, but it can make mistakes — especially with unusual formatting or handwritten notes. Always review the parsed output before saving. You can manually correct any exercises, sets, or reps that were parsed incorrectly.

The Athlete plan includes 10 AI parses per month. The Coach plan includes 200 per month. Limits reset on the 1st of each month. Unused parses do not roll over.

Equipment & Substitutions

When an exercise in your program requires equipment you don't have, S-TIER.AI suggests alternatives that target the same muscle groups and movement patterns using the equipment available at your selected gym location. Substitutions are ranked by how closely they match the original exercise.

Yes. Go to Settings > Exercise Preferences to exclude specific exercises. Excluded exercises won't appear as substitution suggestions.

Billing

Athlete — $15/month (billed annually) or $35/month. Includes program management, workout logging, and 10 AI parses/month.
Coach — $69/month (billed annually) or $99/month. Everything in Athlete plus client management and 200 AI parses/month.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your Account page. When you upgrade, previous payments are credited toward the new plan. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@s-tier.ai within 14 days.

We do not currently offer a free trial. You can view the exercise library and explore the app before subscribing, but AI parsing, workout logging, and program management require an active subscription.

Coaching

From the Clients page, enter your client's email address and click Invite. They'll receive an email with a link to accept. If they don't have an account yet, they'll be prompted to sign up first.

Coaches can see a client's gym locations, equipment, and exercise preferences — the information needed to build programs that work for them. Coaches can create and assign programs to their clients.

Privacy & Data

Account information (email, name), training data you create (programs, workouts, logs), and payment details managed by Stripe. We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.

Yes. Go to your Account page and click "Export my data" to download a JSON file containing all your account data, programs, workout history, locations, and preferences.

Yes. From your Account page, click "Delete my account." This permanently removes all your data, cancels any active subscriptions, and cannot be undone.
